Taking time to think about your work with professionals in the field is important. This tool provides a framework to pause and think about your knowledge, understanding and practice in comparison to Connecticut’s expectations for technical assistance providers working with professionals in the field. When you create an account, the account is yours. Data is not shared with others and you can review past reflections to update your knowledge and skills. There is an option to submit your reflections and a professional development plan to a mailbox where the Office of Early Childhood and professional development partners would consider your reflection and learning goals as part of a support system for building collaboration and skill building with technical assistance providers. Thank you for taking the time to think about your practice and thank you for all you do on behalf of Connecticut's early childhood workforce serving young children and families.
